To generate extra income and savings, the PMC has initiated a new collective scheme. They raised BDT 30,000 from the groups as a revolving fund and bought fabric and materials. 8 to 10 members who are skilled in tailoring, work as tailors and prepare dresses. The dresses are sold among the members and the community. The profit earned from the process is distributed among the involved members and the groups. They are now looking towards product diversification and external market linkage
